As it should be.
I can't believe he died this calendar year - it seems like years ago now. 2020, man.

The Milwaukee Bucks have yet to come out to the court for Game 5 on Wednesday with the Orlando Magic and there's been some discussion within the Bucks about a boycott.
NBA officials have gone into the Milwaukee locker room, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Malika Andrews.
Tipoff for the game in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, was set for 4 p.m. ET.
The Magic were seen taking shots pregame, while the Bucks' half of the court was empty. The Magic left the court with 3:56 left until the scheduled tip.
Top NBA executives were outside of the Milwaukee locker room, but haven't gone inside, a source told ESPN.

Bucks are boycotting Game 5 for the Jacob Blake shooting.
Celtics and Raptors are discussing doing the same thing.

I think he's trying to make fun of the group think of sports talking heads but it's actually a diverse group of people
maybe unpopular opinion but if you have issues with the team boycotting the game you are a bad person

Genuinely, why do you think they shouldn’t boycott the game?
It’s as peaceful as it could ever be, cannot possibly be construed as disrespectful to the flag or country or whatever and what they’re doing brings a lot of attention to the issue itself
I can sort of see the argument that sports should exist agnostic of politics but if the threads on this board are any indication, these conversations need to be had.

I was planning on watching some of it.Were you planning on watching the game?
I'm one that hates when sports politicizes stuff. To me it's an escape, something that individuals pay high ticket prices/pay for their cable bill (we all know the majority of the price of cable/streaming is sports) for entertainment and to get a few hours away from things.
If players, coaches, etc want show their support, protest, etc off the court, ice, field, or whatever they play, fine. But these guys are getting paid a **** load of money, paid for by the fans, to entertain us and provide us an escape.
But I guess wallets will decide if it truly bothers people enough that they stop watching/attending (when fans are in the stand).
I guess that view makes me a bad person.

I agree to some degree, but Kenosha isn’t that far from Milwaukee. This is legitimately something that affects their community. And this is the platform that they’re given to bring attention to itI was planning on watching some of it.Were you planning on watching the game?

I love sports and I love basketball. Selfishly I hope they reschedule the games for this weekend. But I applaud the Bucks for doing this
