GDT Pens vs Habs Game 4
Penguins have had quite a few inexplicable giveaways in the offensive end. Soft flips to nobody

I'm just glad the game wasn't at 8 or I'd have definitely fallen asleep by now

If I'm not mistaken ... the Canadiens have a huge advantage in disrupting passes. I'm at a loss to explain this. Sure, it could be a lucky game, but it looks like one team is simply more interested than the other.

Hard to believe a soft flip from the point towards the net doesn't make it through the 5 canadiens bunched in front of the crease.

I have no interest in watching and this thread pretty much defends my disinterest.

Maybe this is an 8 pm start and we all had it wrong...I've legit seen more intense warm-ups...
This is backwards...I understand you don't want to turn pucks over in the NZ or in the high attack zone, so you're flipping it over them...but this Claude Julien, he's always gonna beat you back to your own net...and you can tell the way that Guentzel, Sheary, Marleau, Canns, the other guys that aren't Sid, Zucker, or Tanev, they're already bailing out on board battles...Weber is a mountain man, Chariot is bully, Kulak is playing tough, the other guy that isn't Mete or Ouellet is tough I think...oh, yeah, ****** Petry...he plays it hard. They don't want anything to do with that...
If you want to flip and play tiddlywinks...flip to the side board and double stack it...you send one in to pick the d-man, the other one to retrieve the puck and you turn out to high and get the weak side d-man to jump in, stagger the strong side one...play with a higher cycle and get shots and then get slash support to the net-front and the far post...you gotta make this bounce yourself...right now, they're gonna get the bounce...you gotta get the bounce, this isn't the way to get the bounce for me...
I bet u2.5 total goals for this game...2-0 Pittsburgh with an empty netter, and that EN should be by Jarry. Sid with a deflection goal, Jarry with an empty netter, let's go. Unlock your heads from your many sphincters and make a bounce for yourself...

Not looking very successful.
If your most shot-from area is almost on the goal line on either side, you're in for a bad time.

I mean. The Habs have 11 shots. They aren't exactly playing inspired hockey eitherIf I'm not mistaken ... the Canadiens have a huge advantage in disrupting passes. I'm at a loss to explain this. Sure, it could be a lucky game, but it looks like one team is simply more interested than the other.

That's what makes this doubly frustrating. Montreal is a largely unskilled team and they suck. Half the other teams playing would have swept them off the ice.I mean. The Habs have 11 shots. Sid and Geno are third and fourth in TOI among forwards

Thats almost Babcock-esque, except at least Marleau isn't one of the forwards ahead.
