Giving sometime fake money in the hopes they'll think it's real money....... that's......... a crime, right?
Politics And Current Events
It depends in what context they give them the money.Giving sometime fake money in the hopes they'll think it's real money....... that's......... a crime, right?

I would think putting any fake money into distribution would be illegal.
Unless it's super obvious like monopoly money...

Unless there's context I'm missing, I don't really see the problem. The yellow is just a factual statement, the green appears to be an opinion that warns of potential change to the factual statement down the line.

With the context being that the "being shamed or shunned' in reference to the countless articles about conservatives being silenced on campus. And the "well can't expect to not face consequences" in reference to violent crackdowns of student protests.Unless there's context I'm missing, I don't really see the problem. The yellow is just a factual statement, the green appears to be an opinion that warns of potential change to the factual statement down the line.

It'll be interesting the closer we get to election day how things pan out as realities set in.
The right has it "easy," there's nobody claiming Palestinians have a right to exist so apparently Israel could nuke them and that'd be kosher (Hi Lyndsey).
The left obviously has ideological hard heads at both ends making it difficult to gather any momentum, and plenty of people in the middle who are generally unenthused.
I think the same or more people would be willing to vote for Biden if you dropped them in a voters booth, but getting them to care enough to go out of their way to vote at all is going to be the kicker. Frankly, you need abortion on the ballot in swing states this November to drive some turnout.

Given what Trump has been saying in his rallies about criminalizing abortion, isn't it already on the ballot, so to speak?

I was listening to something this morning digging into those NY Times polls that came out. Essentially most of the support that Biden is losing from his 2020 voters are moderates and minorities. It'll be interesting the closer we get to election day how things pan out as realities set in.

This is such a losing issue for Biden and payback for the dems courting the suburban moderates. Biden is being about as pro-israel as possible, but absent vocally endorsing war crimes against civilians. he's getting criticized from the pro-israel side. And Biden is being associated with the people that are loudly protesting his policies towards Israel.

The populist prime minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, was injured in a shooting Wednesday.
The country's president confirmed the attack shortly after the news broke.

Good. We were getting inundated with Chinese EVs. I can't hardly make it out to buy a jug of milk without being swarmed by them.

Props to her for actually looking into it AND admitting the sh*t she was campaigning on doesn't even exist. Most would just keep the act going. I mean, she should have done it before campaigning, but better late than never.
