COVID-19
Yes and yes.Good news but sure seems like we could've launched this effort sooner...
COVID-19
I was on the lot and was planning on going, but skipped it. But I spent my indoor time (masked) in an adjacent building, and other attendees and staffers were inside as well. Yay.We are reaching out to you in an abundance of caution following last Wednesday's....[outdoor] cocktail hour because we have since learned that individuals who attended the event tested positive for COVID-19 after the event. California law requires we provide written notice that you "may have been exposed to COVID-19" if you attended the...cocktail hour...on July 20th.

I’d prefer it that way anyways.

You don’t even need to test if you don’t want to. If you do, if negative you’re good to go on as normal. If positive it’s recommended masking for 5 additional days but you can leave isolation. That’s also the recommendation if you choose not to test.If I test negative tomorrow I should be in the clear, right? Or is it 10 days?
Wednesday was contact day. Dad developed symptoms on Friday. Tomorrow will be day 5.

Masks at work again, fun timesAllegheny Co. is back in the "High" category for Covid spread. Seems like that's the trend across the country right now.

I guess it's more a warning to the olds and sickly now.LA County is still in High but could drop back to Medium as soon as today or tomorrow. But who cares, LAUSD dropped all COVID mitigation measures for the coming school year.

My step-Dad went to a family reunion in Minnesota and brought it back with him. So he's off work for a week. He's a process engineer in a hose clamp factory so it's not like he can do it from home.

COVID-19
Covid in the house. I tested positive yesterday but it was a very dim line and I have no symptoms. My daughter was really symptomatic yesterday but seems to be much better. Unfortunately my wife has it again. She's been dealing with long COVID issues for a while, so hopefully this comes and goes quickly.
