The pitching is still a throbbing target thing. I don't find it irritating yet.Source of the post How is pitching done? I found the throbbing target area so disorienting that I could only pitch for like an inning or two before my head would hurt.
Won my first exhibition game (only 3 innings). Pirates vs. Braves. Gerrit Cole hit a two run home run. Braves shifted heavily for ElToro to pull, which was a nice bit of detail. He hammered a home run to center to counter that shift. And he committed an error at first, so it is very realistic.
Hopefully with the long weekend I'll have more time to play. It will be a long time before I go up on the Internetz for opponents though.
The crowd is very detailed, even with several different types of Pirates hats on, like the 70s yellow stripe barrel hat. It's one thing to have the players have a variety of hats and uniforms, but to include it in the scenery? Very nice.
