Battlefield 2042. YAY BABY. Please be near as good as BF4 and I've got my game figured out for the next few years.

Btw, I have gone back and have tried playing Halo - a number of them - and just haven’t been able to get into them. The weapons seem a little lame. I really want to play a demo of Halo: Infinite before spending money on it.
Good chance I'm in the minority here, but I think the Halo games are more fun playing in coop mode.
I have a soft spot for Halo: CE. First year of college, pre-Xbox Live the dorm was a huge LAN party since we're all on the same network. Talking **** by yelling down the hall since mics and in-game chat wasn't a thing. Those were good times. It's difficult to return to it now. The controls aren't modern and the spawns are god awful. The campaign is still fun, though.

Speaking of, that Flood twist is one of my favorite gaming experiences.

E3 isn't what it used to be, but here's the schedule for those interested:

Hopefully we get a Flight Sim release date.
I just want new Metroid and Zelda games with a release date
Been waaaaaayyyy too long since we had a proper Metroid game. And No, that abortion Other M does not count.

Nothing but silence on the MP4 front since they announced that they were starting over w/ Retro Studios. Wasn't that in like 2018 or some ****?

Well, it certainly looks like a Far Cry.

Waiting for FC6 to come out. I get a free copy with the PC I bought in November.

I know this won't surprise most of you, but I'm really excited about the weather effects in this game. That's one of the keys to immersion in a lot of these games imo.

Getting all lathered up to fly a commercial airliner with a gamepad controller, but the weather is what's going to really make it come alive.

New Ratchet and Clank is out today excited to give it a shot since they didn't make a PS4 version and didn't have to gimp it for older hardware.

I know the PC version pulls real-time weather data. I wonder if the console version will be able to do that.

Why wouldn't it? It's connected to the internet just like a PC is.

Man I don't know I'm not a game developer. I just ask the big questions.

It makes flying games so much more enjoyable. You can disconnect it into two parts in order to change your comfort level, too. I had one for my PS3 and Tom Clancy's HAWX, and it was a hell of a time. Works well in Ace Combat 7. Though MSFS is going to be much more of a relaxing game than those, I really am looking forward to the whole experience of flying across the globe. I don't think I'll do trans-pacific flights, or anything like that, unless I can fast forward through hours of unnecessary boringness, but I'll definitely check out everything else.

Expensive? I don't see flight simulator as being tons of fun with a controller but I could see myself ****ing around with the thrustmaster

Nope - around $80 brand new. The issue is that everyone and their mother wants one, and stock has been crippled for literally 8+ months now. I was only able to buy mine after setting a stock alert on Amazon and waiting for months. It's still an issue almost everywhere, and people are scalping them on eBay.
