Dept of Defense lifted its mask requirement for anyone that has been fully vaccinated, so I do not have to wear one on my trips to the office.

I want to go take a walk through the manufacturing floor to see if the unvaccinated are following the rules or if they're all just lying f*cks...

Went to the gym yesterday, they changed their rules to the no-masks for the vaccinated. I was surprised to that a lot of folks still wore the masks.
Might be that a lot of them are kids in their 20's that are just too lazy to have gotten their shot, cause I am still having trouble calculating the remainder for adults that both take covid seriously and haven't gotten vaccinated yet.

Surprisingly enough, there were still people wearing their masks...Why do you ask questions for which you already know the answer?
Unsurprisingly, they were wearing them on their chin like they've been doing the last 8-10 months.
Two questions:I saw a guy wearing a mask while driving today. **** dumb ass.
1. Was he wearing glasses? As a fellow glasses wearer, I can attest that when you get just that right mask/glasses position where the mask is on and the glasses don't fog, you don't touch it. You leave it right where it is.
2. Was it highway or just around? Me might just be leaving one store and heading to another and it's just easier to leave it on.

It's nice working for a somewhat progressive gov agency:
They're launching a 'recalibration' of workplace at our Pittsburgh district. The "traditional" workplace concept has changed, and where you work may depend on a
variety of factors, including your role/ function, the duties you perform, the need to be
physically present in the federal workplace, available technology, and even personal
considerations. Where we perform our work is no longer a "one-size-fits-all" proposition.
Our new work model will be based on the requirements for each job - some employees
will be on site all the time, others most of the time, and some may have even more
flexibility. We have learned that individual work, and some collective work, can indeed be
accomplished most effectively in a non-traditional work environment. But collaboration,
innovation, and learning are best done in-person at our facilities.

It's weird how principles can be bought, even when the chance of getting paid is near zero.

Eric Clapton detailed his “disastrous” health experience after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine and blamed “the propaganda” for overstating the safety of the vaccine in a letter the guitarist shared with an architect/anti-lockdown activist.
Clapton previously shared his thoughts on the Covid-19 shutdown when he appeared on Van Morrison’s anti-lockdown song “Stand and Deliver” in December 2020; two months later, in February, Clapton received his first of two AstraZeneca vaccinations, he wrote in his letter to Robin Monotti, who shared the letter on his Telegram with the guitarist’s permission. (Rolling Stone has confirmed the authenticity of the letter. A rep for Clapton did not immediately respond to a request for comment.)
“I took the first jab of AZ and straight away had severe reactions which lasted ten days. I recovered eventually and was told it would be twelve weeks before the second one…,” Clapton wrote.
“About six weeks later I was offered and took the second AZ shot, but with a little more knowledge of the dangers. Needless to say the reactions were disastrous, my hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I feared I would never play again, (I suffer with peripheral neuropathy and should never have gone near the needle.) But the propaganda said the vaccine was safe for everyone…”
In the letter, Clapton also discussed discovering “heroes” like anti-lockdown U.K. politician Desmond Swayne as well as similarly-minded (and some would argue conspiratorial) YouTube channels.
“I continue to tread the path of passive rebellion and try to tow the line in order to be able to actively love my family, but it’s hard to bite my tongue with what I now know,” Clapton wrote.
“Then I was directed to Van [Morrison]; that’s when I found my voice, and even though I was singing his words, they echoed in my heart,” Clapton wrote. “I recorded ‘Stand and Deliver’ in 2020, and was immediately regaled with contempt and scorn.”

I’m hoping that we’ve learned over the past year that just because you’re good at being in front of a camera, playing an instrument or playing a sport doesn’t mean you should have a platform to talk about other stuff
celebrities arent smarter than the average person. They’re just louder
