I've had some tangential contact with a very large and controversial pipeline that is currently still being constructed across PA, WV, and OH. For the folks building that thing, $5 million would be a tiny, tiny drop in a very large bucket. Those guys are spending billions. I bet that pipeline moves more than $5 million worth of fuel before lunch each day.

During the early months of the coronavirus pandemic last year, the first two appraisers who visited her home in the historic Flanner House Homes neighborhood, just west of downtown, valued it at $125,000 and $110,000, respectively.

But that third appraisal went differently.
