I had a similar injury 5 years ago. Kanin will be sleeping on his left side for a few months.

I like Connolly. I also like Wallmark more than most.

Wallmark stinks, shut up.
Fla clearing cap space to do something...they didn't pay much to dump Connolly in Chicago's lap. Borgstrom was once a highly touted prospect, now I'm not sure if he'll even come back or if it will matter when he does...
I like Connolly too, as I expressed when he was waived...but he's had a rough 18 months...now, he's off to a non-contender...at least for now...

I’m aware that “better than most” means 99.999% of people.

Tanner Pearson w/Vancouver 3 x $3.25 mil
David Savard will be a healthy scratch tonight against TB, signifying that a trade is likely imminent there...lot of interest around the league for him...

Tampa cap gymnastics really passing me off.
Traded a 1, 3, and 4 to have savard at 25%

Canes holding out Haydn Fleury tonight. Same age as Pettersson and not as good, but has pedigree (7th overall pick). Will be interesting to see the value there.

agreed. I admit that I'm far from a cap guru but this is bullshit that Detroit takes 25% of the cap hit for absolutely nothing.Tampa cap gymnastics really passing me off.

I'd appreciate if someone would explain why DET would do that. is it just to help with the cap floor or do they have dirt on Stevie Y?
