if you're female/prepubescent, you can select your favorite on other people
I usually run with stubble or beard. Twice I've done the "let it grow out for a few months" beard. It gets annoying fast

I'm also curious about people who run with goatee. I've never found that style good looking. Why not just go full beard?

Same as you. Keep it about level 2 on trimmer.

I keep a beard on all the time (to cover up some of my fat face) and usually about 3/8 to 1/2 inch long. I wish I had the patience to grow out a lumberjack beard, but I always get a month to 6 weeks into it and get annoyed.

I do 11mm beard and shave about 30% of my real estate with a straight razor on Sunday mornings.

I hate shaving and facial hair. I have been shaving every other day for the past two months, it’s much better for me

Clean shave. Rarely, I'll let it go for a week or so but usually shave a few times a week.

Used to be clean shaven for a while...then accidentally had some stubble and got a number of female compliments and slightly less mace...so I ran with that...
I grew a beard to the best of my ability for a while when the pandemic thing was going down...now, I'm at a 5 mm electric, but can easily let it grow for a week without looking a fright...

As a goat wearer, I can say that no full beard for two reasons - way too damn hot in Florida as it is, I’m not adding to it...and at my age, if I try to grow it out, it’s coming in mostly gray. I ain’t havin that yet. Only bad thing about it is the maintenance of it and keeping it trimmed because I can get very lazy with it.MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote: ↑Mon Dec 21, 2020 1:44 pm I'm also curious about people who run with goatee. If I were an NHLer, I would have to start growing my playoff beard at the All-Star break. So I can go a really long time without shaving/grooming and not really have a 'beard' per se. But that's the look I roll with, generally. It's especially nice now, coupled with my COVID hair which hasn't been cut since like July. My current aesthetic is more or less 'haggard'.

I have been clean shaven twice since 2008. I have trimmed my beard once since November 2019 and that was in July and it was just a shape up. My hair is super curly so it's very bushy. If I blow dry it appears straighter. I'd say the current length is 3-4" curly. If I could really straighten it would probably be closer to 5-6"

Beard, usually use the 7mm trimmer. Grew it out once for over a year and absolutely never again.

I usually keep the stubble. I use a trimmer, no guard, once a week. It brings it down to like a 5:00 shadow, which is great because I look like I'm 12 without anything.
If it grows more than a week it becomes itchy and slightly painful to trim. Longest I've gone was 3 months and only stopped because it was getting into my nose when I was sleeping.

Beard. I have shaved exactly once since my thesis defense/interview week (2016), and that once was by accident because my hand slipped while trimming, so I figured instead of trying to save it, I'd just start fresh.
Before that, it'd be sporadic. Sometimes facial hair, sometimes clean shaven.

clean is preferred, but I let it go all the time.

Similar to c2i. I’ve only shaved once since 2012 and it was because I slipped with the trimmer. I did leave my mustache for that though so it was almost worth it.

I keep it between stubble and beard. Nice and short, but probably a little more than stubble. I trim it once a week.
