Yeah that is really rough. Sorry Ronnie. I hated when my mom had to go into assisted living. It was awful. There was no way for my wife and I to move her into our house and have it work. I felt awful but it just wasn’t feasible.

Doing the best for a loved one is a compassionate action. It's hard, difficult love. Thinking of your Dad and Mom.

Thanks guys, it's just rough. Don't even really have a baseline to know how to feel about this.

Sorry, Ronnie. Doesn't sound like any reasonable alternative.

He will settle in to a new normal and you will feel better. It's going to be a good thing for your mom, too. My best to the whole Franchise crew

My complaints about allergies are well documented ITT. I made one small change this year and they've (knock on wood) never been better:
Pineapple juice.
I was recommended foods by a doctor that help naturally reduce inflammation in addition to the Xyzal and Flonase I already use. She mentioned pineapple was one and said the juice worked as a substitute for cubed.
The worst allergy day I've had all year was due to me walking under a tree as it started raining and knocking the pollen off. My eyes were itchy and puffy for about 2 hours. That was it.
If you're a long time allergy sufferer, I highly recommend trying it.

this is one big thing that I've been noticing over the past year or so, the non-stop mucus/post-nasal drip. The bromelain in pineapple juice may also thin mucus that causes congestion in the sinuses or chest. Together with its anti-inflammatory properties, pineapple juice may relieve symptoms of the common cold and allergies.
These properties have led researchers to study its ability to treat asthma. While research is ongoing, studies have found a link between bromelain intake and the reduction of airway inflammation, a primary symptom of asthma.
Gonna have to grab some juice when I go shopping later.

I have a deviated septum, so a post nasal drip is basically every day life for me. Should have had it corrected long ago.

My kids could benefit from that too. They're snot factories this past few weeks.
