I don't see anything wrong with this. He doesn't call out anybody publicly by name, he acknowledges the effort of his goalie, and the rest of the team knows they better step it up. As far as Torts being a dick goes, this is tame as hell.

There’s no way that he hasn’t been on some sort of steroid for years, right?

Are you implying that Russian athletes dope? Don't be ridiculous.

Decided on a whim to break out NHL 14. Some notes from going through the junior team rosters:
- Plymouth, in hindsight, was kind of stacked at that time. Top 4 skaters were Tom Wilson, Rickard Rakell, Vincent Trocheck, and Stefan Noesen. Nedeljkovic as the backup.
- They clearly had no concept of potentials, given that Cody Ceci, Adam Lowry, Anthony Mantha, and Hunter Shinkaruk had a higher overall and the same potential as Connor McDavid.
- In the same vein, they did some future NHLers dirty. "Samuel Bennett" was only a 53 OV, Robby Fabbri and Tyler Bertuzzi were 50 and 49 respectively with minimal potential. As were Brayden Point (51), Draisaitl (55), and Mikko Rantanen (53).
Fun little trip through memory lane

Weird wild stuff.

Wellllllll he is currently centering their first line with Clayton Keller and Nick Schmaltz.
Far cry from 3rd line minutes basically everywhere else.

I'd hang myself if Nick Bjugstad played 1st line center on my team.

I wish I cared about anything as much as Tkachuk cares about a puck slowly going into the net after the game ends and doesn’t count anyway.

The irony is that Brady found Ridley Grieg's goal hilarious but hates it when the shoe is on the other foot i guess.

Jake Guentzel is doing well. 20 points in 13 games since the trade.

One of those was scored in regulation. You typically stop playing after the whistle/horn.The irony is that Brady found Ridley Grieg's goal hilarious but hates it when the shoe is on the other foot i guess.
Hischier is an idiot.

You don't put the puck in the other team's net when there's a stoppage. This isn't basketball...where a practice breaks out every other possession...

Did Torts just admit they knew Carter Hartbwas going to be implicated, and they still tried to trade him to teams anyway?
