The thought was original as I was in meetings all morning and only started my lunch break about 10 minutes prior. DG's post was the first I saw of it.
I think I first learned it when I heard someone joke about the Defenestration of Prague somewhere... chalk it up with all the other random bits of crap I pick up that have minimal real world application outside of trivia nights
