Retirement contract there. Martin is a great add for an expansion club.

c2i press release:
As great as it has been being an assistant GM of LVHC, I have decided to part ways with the club. I'd like to thank @Kicksave for the opportunity to help build a club from scratch, but due to differing opinions on the future direction of this team, I have decided to pursue my dream of starting the nation's best cowboy monkey rodeo halftime show.

Bold are open for business at noon ET. All teams may submit offers on UFAs 35 and older. As the draft winds down, everyone should start looking toward Free Agency. To keep some order, mikey and I have drawn up some parameters in which we are going to follow.
Restricted Free Agents -
- RFAs expected to make greater than 900k per season are first.
- - One offer from Teams -> If accepted, deal is signed. If rejected, the deal moves to the back burner until the UFA period settles down.
- Offer sheets can occur after this period.
Unrestricted Free Agents -
- Expansion teams get to offer any three UFAs a contract.
- - Agents either accept or make a counter offer.
- - Teams either accept or make a counter offer.
- - Agents either accept or decline. End of discussion.
- All teams then get opened up to UFAs.
- - Same rules apply.
- - This will be conducted in age groups.
- - - UFAs 35+ years of age and older.
- - - UFAs 30 - 34 years of age.
- - - UFAs 29 years of age and younger.
