No. Caps still have RW tiebreaker so if Pens win tomorrow, still need Caps to lose in some fashion.

No so much lose, just go to overtime in some fashion. A loss would do it for sure, but even an OT win would put the Regulation Wins (RW) at a tie with Pittsburgh, at which case it would go to ROW, and the pens would have the tie breaker.No. Caps still have RW tiebreaker so if Pens win tomorrow, still need Caps to lose in some fashion.
Penguins would then have 34 ROW (Regulation wins and overtime wins)
Caps would have at most 33 ROW.
This is assuming the Penguins win in regulation in their final game. That's step 1.
