But can't he buy his way out of the 10? The way I saw it framed was 10 games OR like a $2,000 fine...maybe that was bad info...

Yeah someone said it wasn't an OR there, it was supposed to be AND for the 10 + fines. I think they screwed up the wording in the official release.
