The Rangers played those last 5 minutes like they were hoping the clock would run out. That PP had shades of the Pens & Sens from a few years ago when the Pens decided to piss the game away while on the PP late.

He was a negative. He made a huge turnover in game 2 that sealed that game...the only one it felt like the Caps had a chance in. He was awful.

That's one scum of the earth team out of the way...in embarrassing fashion to boot.

People (not here) like to complain about our aging core…but i think that each of our core guys (Sid, Letang, EK, even Geno) are currently better than any of Washington’s aging core. All those cap guys are done.

Now, they do have some young talent there but my god, how in gods name did the make the playoffs. They are a terrible team. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are the worst team in the division next year
