I started listening to "You're dead to me". They bring on a historian and a comedian to talk with the host about a particular subject... the episode on soccer is fascinating. As are most of them, actually.

The first official international soccer game with rules that somewhat resemble today's rules was between England and Scotland, so bring on the history this afternoon!

I don’t care about this drama, but I just read a thread about people dodinting about how Gattuso played the game.

Not only that but Gattuso was incredibly well loved by his teammates and his players as a coach. He’s steadily improved as a coach over the years and his coaching this year at Napoli was incredible. His teams also plays hard as hell which Tottenham probably could use a little of.

Spurs fan base, especially from the SB Nation site, likes to go hardcore SJW on things and the outcry against Rino was primarily related to previous racist and sexist comments. Choking a Spurs assistant during his playing career, quick exit from Fiorentina related to his close ties with Jorge Mendes, lack of real success in Italy, and not playing the attacking brand of football that the owner said they would focus on during the coaching search played a role as well.
