Bones was back last night after a three month hiatus (why do they insist on doing that??)...
finally the new actress that plays Christine this season got some extended time and lines on camera. Cyndi Lauper back again as Avalon seemed to fit their beyond the grave angle memorial of Sweets. A solid episode overall but it seemed like one that would have aired the week after the 200th and not coming out of a hiatus. Still don't know how I feel about the new guy.

In the growing trend of "We can't think of anything new so lets bring back old shows that people used to like," Craig T. Nelson is reprising his role as Coach Hayden Fox in a 13 episode "follow up" series on NBC.
I'll watch it. Coach is badass. Even the Orlando Breakers seasons were entertaining to me.

I'll watch it too. I was very young, but I remember watching Coach with my parents and him getting the NFL job and the series finale. I just don't think anyone in a million years expected a Coach revival.

When I first picked up Netflix I re-watched the whole series....it was phenomenally funny.

I too enjoyed Coach. Not really sure how to feel about it coming back, but I'm sure I'll at least catch an episode or two to see what's up.

Raising Hope cracks me up. Glad I started investing in it.

Not to go on an old man get off my lawn rant here, but there are few things more boring than these A.V. Club tv show reviews which are full of sophomore-level gender studies cliche's and shallow "why aren't these shows which represent the 18th-century shot and written as if they are set in the 21st-century?" claptrap.

Yeah, its a good watch. The way that Burt and Virginia use the wrong words is hilarious. Also pay attention to Burt's tshirts. Mostly, he's wearing Capitals stuff, but occasionally he'll don a funny one. Image

Aw crap, I'm just sitting down to watch this week's episode. I've had a general feeling of Meh lately for this show and was hoping it would begin to turn around.

I give Megan a bit of a pass because she is not a mother...and I freely admit being married to Donald Draper is not a positive thing. ;)

Source of the post Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt - Very funny. I feel like a shouldn't like Tina Fey stuff for some reason, bit I really do.
My wife and I hardly ever like the same TV shows. I thought this show could work for both of us. Nope.

I enjoyed it.
In retrospect I have no idea how you even knew what I was saying due to the horrible typing. But yeah, the show keeps getting better. We're near the end of the season and you will love Rev Casey Wayne Gary Wayne and the actor who plays him.

It's almost as if they wrote some pieces expecting a different shelf life, and they did so well early they got additional filler time. How else to explain the clip show followed on by last night?

Some of the eps don't do much for me. Some of the scenes, by themselves, are freaking plutonium.

Not sure I'm willing to mine 9 seasons for a little plutonium.

Not yet. Then next weekend? A two part documentary (from Alex Gibney, no less) on Frank Sinatra.

HBO is the best. Really.
