I'm doubling down on my love for Ted Lasso.

It just hits me in all the right places. On episode 8 and don't want it to end.

I really like this more than just about anything I've watched in recent memory...or perhaps ever.
That’s how it was for me as well. It’s a great show and Ted is a great character. Constantly optimistic and positive. And I don’t think you need to be a soccer fan.
It’s less of a “soccer show” than Friday Night Lights was a football show. I remain amazed at what they were able to create out of an NBC Sports promo from 7 years ago. Can’t wait for Season 2 in July.

All this Lasso talk has me pondering if I should watch it a third time through now, or wait until before season 2?

Also, should I invest any time in the various new fantasy series on Netflix? Jupiter something and Heart and Bone? Or will they get canceled before they really get going?

I'm not remotely a soccer fan and still love it.

The Jupiter show looks bad, IMO. Shadow and Bone, however, is very good and worth a watch.

The whole conversation between Beard and Ted about Back to the Future was just perfect. I could see it coming, and it was great and even better the second time through. (It doesn’t really affect the plot, so it’s not spoiling anything)

That’s the Kevin Smith one right? Kevin Smith doing He-Man is so weird.

Looks cool, isn't it supposed to pick up right after the original cartoon ended?

Honestly, I have no idea. I don't even remember how the original ended.

So we are 2 episodes away from wrapping up both seasons of Making A Murderer. If you have never seen MAM but have an interest in doing so, I do not recommend binging both seasons back-to-back. That's an awful lot of backwoods hick Wisconsin accents to take in a big pile like that. I wish we had taken a break between Se 1 and Se 2, maybe watched some other murder-based show.

Have not seen The Case Against Adnan Syed, but I will say that have absolutely zero faith in the evidence against Avery and Dassey.

Avery harassed that woman more than the show indicated. There’s also no good explanation why her car was on his lot. And if you’re someone who throws cats into barrel fires, you lose the benefit of the doubt.

He killed her. I bet Dassey knew and was involved to some extent. But how the police operated in this case was no bueno and many people should be fired.

From credits to credits, the calzone, Todd Gack, Kramer with change, Jerry dating Nikki episode is my favorite Seinfeld.

Can't argue with that. I'm looking forward to that episode, I just watched The Beard episode, so am about a season away.

Is that the only episode that George says "Newman!" too?

The network of Seinfeld will not have any primetime comedies to begin with next season.

Who watches those Chicago _____ shows?

That La Brea show sounds hilarious. Maybe that'll fill their comedy void.
