Steelers GDT, Week 1: Steelers vs. Cheaters

I will confess to being a borderline Yinzer. I have no shame. I often say "We" when referring to the team, but I'm working on that.

I'll be cheering tonight...and probably cursing. I likely won't throw anything because that is saved for games they are supposed to win but end up losing.

Bell is out.

Bryant is out.

Pouncey is out.

The secondary is missing.

But we still have Ben and Brown.

I'm hoping for the best but expecting a 13 point loss.

The Patriots won't have to cheat, but they probably will anyway because that's what they do.

If we can get out of these first 4 games at 2-2, I expect a 10-6 season. Otherwise, I say 7-9. The offense will really have to carry most games.

All that said, I'm glad Steelers football is back. (Screw the NFL as a whole, though.)

The tuck rule led to him hitting a winning FG against the Raiders in 2001, but Vinatieri kicked the GW against Carolina with like 5 seconds left IIRC the next year. That's the distinction.
