It must be this or something similar:

http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Wisdom-Gr ... eous+earth

This reviewer praises it:
I have read extensively that farmers use this to give their animals shiny coats and good digestive health. If it works for the animals, it should work for humans too I thought. I started using D.E. and followed the directions, starting slow. I went from a teaspoon to a tablespoon within about 6 weeks. Once I got up to higher doses, which I just drank in water, I did really notice a difference in the health of my skin. It became so much softer and less dry. I have always had really dry skin and eczema, and this really did help. D.E. in layman's terms are essentially microscopic one celled plants. Magnified, they are all spiky looking, and basically act like "pipe cleaners" when they pass through our intestines. They help slough off stuff we don't want in there, and that is how they benefit our digestive health from the inside out.

It is a cheap, effective dewormer for cattle and sheep.
Lambs fed with D.E. appeared to have a faster weight
gain, cleaner tails, and brighter wool. The overall body
condition of the lambs seemed to improve.

Five hundred pound heifers fed D.E. free-choice to on
pasture showed no worms either mid- or late-season. The
cattle consumed D.E. at a rate of one lb per week per
heifer.

On the bright side godric will have a nice shiny coat with a cleaner tail

Godric has worms, thinks eating their home (dirt) will help rid his body of the unwanted visitors.

TLDR: Godric gonna Godric.

That'll be a bonus for all of us, if he posts another twerking video.

Be careful, though. Sounds like it's addictive. From that same study:
When the dairy cows were without D.E. for a few days
they would crave D.E. and eat several pounds when it was
given to them.

Is there such a thing as food-grade clay? Because then Godric could eat that and literally s*** bricks.

So update on this.

I know there's a lot of Bullspit/quackery out there.

After careful review, jokes aside.... this stuff is 100% legit.

My skin has never been clearer than when I'm downing a tbsp and a half of this stuff with some good belly fruit juice everyday.

I use to have to this skin thing called keratosis pilaris. It's completely gone. Never really had a problem with acne but I don't even so much as have a stray pimple right now.

DE + Probiotics..... it's **** amazing.

Okay so DE = Silica.

Silica is a pretty vital nutrient that isn't really found in the modern diet. Id go on but no one is going to take my word for it, I just figured I'd say I like the stuff.

Is it available in a reasonable way in pill form, such as but not limited to this: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/alta-hea ... hgod_mYMyg

Or do you have go dig it up / get it in powder form...?
