Breakthroughs have certainly seemed to be more common with Delta, though most seems to be asymptomatic or at least not severe. We're going to be seeing that more considering the NFL will be testing regardless of symptoms. The CDC does not recommend testing asymptomatic vaccinated folks.
Side note: we have a family wedding this weekend following a 2 week honeymoon where we went to both LA and Vegas, so we will be getting tested this week just to be sure even though we both feel completely fine.

You can’t frame vaccine refusal in some like “I’m being smart” stance.

Watch a 17-0 Bills team get DQ'ed from the playoffs because this clown started a COVID outbreak in their locker room. Oh, I can hear the wailing from Lake Erie all the way down here.

I said it in the COVID thread the other day: Getting COVID in 2020 was a lottery for everyone. Getting it midway through 2021 is more or less an opt-in proposition at this stage. Yes, there are breakthrough cases, but they are rare - around 5%, totally in keeping the known efficacy of the vaccines - and generally not nearly as severe.

He declined to answer that question when it was asked of him a few weeks ago calling it a "personal choice." Also he was undergoing daily Covid testing, which is a requirement for unvaxxed players. So all signs point to him being an idiot.Source of the post Was Jackson a yellow bracelet guy?
He did get COVID last year and reportedly had a pretty rough go of it.

why the hell would the bills stand behind that statement from Beasley? (it's coming from their official Twitter account so I'm assuming they stand behind it)

there might be others but I immediately think of Ryquell Armstead. He was expected to be the Jags starting RB last season, got a bad case of COVID and may never play again. I feel bad since this was well before the vaccine was a thing: https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/foot ... story.html

Honestly, I should have stopped watching the NFL years ago, if not for sports gambling and fantasy. The NFL is far and away the most unlikable sports league in the world.
