Go 0-16 in 2008, go 0-16-1 (probably maybe) in 2021, win no division titles or playoff games in between (I have wiped their 3 playoff appearances, all WC losses, from my data banks).

WTAF fans think that’s turrible.

WFT since 2000:
5 winning seasons (10-6, 10-6, 9-7, 9-7, 8-7-1)
3 division titles (includes one at 7-9)
1 playoff win (2005 WC)
2 sub 4-win seasons

Lions since 2000:
5 winning seasons (11-5, 10-6, 9-7, 9-7, 9-7)
0 division titles
6 sub 4-win seasons (soon to be 7)
1 (maybe 2) winless seasons
3 playoffs no wins

Amazing to me that a franchise can be this futile.

Russell Wilson is 8-9-1 since trademarking "Let Russ Cook".

TIL Teddy Roosevelt saved football
1905 had been a bloody year on the gridiron; the Chicago Tribune reported 19 players had been killed and 159 seriously injured that season.[6] There were moves to outlaw the game, but United States President Theodore Roosevelt personally intervened and demanded that the rules of the game be reformed. In a meeting of more than 60 schools in late 1905, the commitment was made to make the game safer. This meeting was the first step toward the establishment of what would become the NCAA and was followed by several sessions to work out "the new rules."[7]

WTAF play the awful Seahawks on Monday night and could pull within 2 games of the division leading Cowpies who are COVID central and reeling right now. WIth 5 division games to end the season it's doable on paper.

Eff them for making me have hope.

Hurts with the worst play of the season so far. Eagles have a third down near the goal line but only seconds left. They snap it, Hurts scrambles and then throws a terrible interception with 1 second left. Even if it was incomplete the clock would’ve ran out rather than them getting the field goal

If that happens it’ll be more proof that the league is fixed.

I got excited for Indy after the kick return then rendered their QB is awful.
Didn't even get it to the end zone from the 32.

I think all coaches are clueless.

Green Bay scores to go up 36-17 and elects to go for 2 and take a 21 point lead rather than a 20 point lead. Despite the fact that a 20 point lead is 3 touchdowns no matter what, and a 19 point lead cam be 2 TDs, 2 twos, and a FG

Then the Rams punt down 2 scores with under 6 to play. Yeah it's 4th and 18 in your own territory, but you have to figure you have a better chance at converting a 4th and 18 than an onside kick.

Why do people not consider this? Fail, and good chance you hold them to a FG and are down 14 and still could have a chance to score and onside kick.
