“Figuring out” mahomes means surrounding him by useless players and giving him a superbowl, which makes him less motivated to do performance theater in pretending like the team has any potential.
It would be great if he kept it together and somehow got the team rolling, but he has every tool. There’s no solving him. You just have to solve his o line.

Carl Madsen, who had worked for the NFL as an official for more than 20 years, died on Sunday. He was 71.
According to NFL.com, Madsen died on his way home from Sunday's game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans, where he was working as a replay official.
While details are hazy on Madsen's death, the Nashville Police Department told TMZ that early signs indicate Madsen suffered "a medical emergency" while driving on I-65 North. A spokesperson reportedly said officers answered a call about a motorist blocking a traffic lane and found Madsen unconscious at the scene.
Chest compressions were immediately administered once Madsen was removed from the vehicle, per the report, but he ultimately died after being transported to a nearby hospital. His exact cause of death remains unknown.

It’s funny because he knows that’s not what anonymity means. Man it’s so obvious they’re hiding something. Can’t wait until this **** gets released or leaked eventually

I mean, none of this is surprising because Dan Snyder is basically Roger's boss, but the chutzpah of these guys.

There were some pretty wild accusations that came out before the story was officially released. If even a fraction of the stuff that was not in the final article is actually true, they will probably do anything possible to bury it.

I didn't think I could hate Roger Goodell then I already did; then he goes and does this ****
I know ultimately he's protecting Snyder because Snyder has something on him/other owners but it's **** annoying at this point. Dude needs to be ousted

Goodell's reticence here makes me think more and more that the BA emails were leaked by Snyder himself as part of the defamation litigation. Like a shot across the bow, "Oh you're considering releasing stuff? Watch me nuke one of the more powerful coaches/execs in the League for s**ts and gigs. You already know what else is in those emails, Rodge." Sort of like Eliot Ness telling the judge his name was in the ledger, too, in The Untouchables.

Mark Davis, like his father, is a better man than most give him credit for.

Someone needs to put a bullet in Snyder's skull and then drown his corpse in the Potomac.
But in lieu of that likely not happening, one of these owners is gonna have to show some major cojones or these glad-handing NFL reporters are gonna need to unearth whatever the hell is going on. There's some smoke here and if it's something that's along the lines of sex trafficking, then the fatcat, good ole boys are gonna need to fry for that. Take 'em all down.
