I do love my XSX controller.
:thumb: The reduced size from the original Xbone controller works really well. I **** hate that share button though. I'm constantly hitting it on accident and uploading some dumb screenshot.

I've always hated how Sony handles the d-pad as 4 separate buttons.
Given how many people hate that button, I imagine that MS will allow you to remap it in the future. I would actually rather have the ability to dim the Xbox button first, which you can do if using it on a Windows system on Steam, I believe.

I believe that's coming in a future OS update as well. It's part of the "night mode" feature.

I'd love for them to change the home screen to 4k HDR, as well.

Source of the post It's almost as big of an improvement as the S controller over the Duke on the original Xbox.
lol, I just came across this:

Now that's hot garbage clouded by nostalgia. The Duke was a terrible controller. Why would anybody want to relive that? And are those wired!?

I went from NES ---> Gensis/SNES ---> PS1.

The 3 button Sega controller is garbage. The 6 button controller is damn good though. It should have been the default controller. The SNES controller is just about perfect. I only played the N64 sparingly but remember not liking the controller much at all.
I love playing snes online with their wireless snes controllers, they are so damn nice

I have so many blank screen screenshots in Destiny 2 because the **** share button is right next to the back button, which is used fairly heavily in Destiny.

My twins both got Escape from Tarkov, and I’m their sherpa with my map knowledge.
I have zoomer bodyguards.
It’s the first game since rocket league years ago that we have mutual interest in.

It's all I've been playing here the last few nights. I got it a week ago - and I've been ADDICTED. It's truly punishing, but man is it also satisfying.

Nothing makes you feel more alive when you hear 4 sets of footsteps and you are in a bush with a GPU in your backpack.

For real. I'm a total new player - so I've been scav running learning Customs, but I'm getting into more 2v1 engagements, so it's super fun/stressful.

Offline raids without pve enabled is good to learn the ground stashes…turn on pve to get a feel for the gunplay. You can do them between scav runs for the timer to reset.
Offline raids don’t carry anything over….so use your ammo heals and whatnot.

I wish I got back into gaming a little sooner, if only to change my choice in TVs. I love my X900F, but I probably would have gone in a different direction had I had an XSX.

I was looking at TVs yesterday, and my wife walked by, saw what I was looking at, and gave me that “wtf is wrong with you” look.

Haha, does it not play well with xsx? I have the 900E and get the same from my wife. Great tv, but now I want bigger than a 65".

It does, but it's not a 120hz TV, and doesn't have some of the more advanced features that gaming can take advantage of. Sony never followed through on their promise of eARC upgrades on the HDMI ports via firmware, either. My biggest gripe is actually with Dolby Vision - it's very dark on this set, which is less than ideal for a set in a very bright room. You have to crank up the gamma to correct it. I still love the set, though, and am not willing to spend $3k on a replacement just to address those things.

I see, 900E didn't even have Dolby vision, so while I don't really know what I'm missing (HDR seems just fine), I too get the bug for a shiny new set. I imagine I'll probably take a good look at TCL or Vizio next time around and take advantage of bang for your buck.

It looks like Samsung has made a return to the top for a lot of areas, too. They'd be back on my list. And yeah, I'd be looking for a larger set. I can fit up to an 85" set between the windows behind my TV...

I did a lot of TV research when I got my Series X but I still haven't bought one (weddings, man). Last I looked, the LG CX series was far and away the most recommended set for the XSX. It'll get you all those green checkmarks.

It's up there for OLED, but that's not the type of panel right for my viewing environment.
