FRUIT FLIES!!!

Starting to notice these damn things flying around my apartment. I've tried the apple cider vinegar trap but it's not working. My apartment is clean(I'm a neat freak) I have no idea where they're coming from. Any other tips on how to get rid of these annoying things?

Might be coming from your kitchen sink drain. you can pour some bleach down the drain. If chemicals arent your thing to can use boiling water (at least a gallon).

My mom always said to pour baking soda/vinegar down your drain.

I'm sure that works too. If everything is clean it almsot certainly comes from the drain.

I have three traps. One in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom. Haven't seen any in our bedroom yet so I didn't put one in there.

Living room trap has caught 4 since Saturday. No luck in the other traps.

Have you tried asking them nicely to leave?

If that doesn't work, try swearing at them.

Thanks Craig lol. I added dish soap to the traps and they are working well. All three traps had about 12 dead flies when I got home from work. Haven't noticed any flying around tonight.
