That six man tag was great. Kudos to Christian for keeping up with those guys.

Yeah it was a good hard hitting match.
The Bucks match is a spot fest as always, but someone needs to edit them... it just goes on too long. A triple BTE trigger with thumbtack kneepads should really be a finish haha.

Britt/Tay was fine...but longer than it needed to be. It's hard to get invested in it since the outcome is not in question. They need to build up the women's division better overall.

Hangman winning is going to be one of the best babyface pops in a long time.

Really wish I could've watched. Wasn't about to pay $50 to stream it on my phone though, that is ridiculous.
Would've gladly bought it if I was at home to watch on TV though.

The show wasn't perfect but it was damn good. The hangman stuff was basically two years of story telling paying off. It's so nice to get a payoff and not get jerked around like WWE would do.
There was nothing actively bad on the show and lots of really good stuff.

I was entertained for almost 5 hours and never felt bored. I was exhausted at the end but never bored.

Read Vince didn't like/get him. I heard an interview where Miro recalled having a conversation with Vince after his shirts sold out at a ppv and Vince just said "guess we just didn't order enough pal". Not the logical, wow this guy must be over.Danielson and Miro was fun. Man, WWE wasted Miro.
Of course, AEW also wasted him the first couple months. Video Game Miro sucked.
The Redeemer however is a total monster and a great character.

It really is wild to think that a promotion had the patience to run a 2 year story/character arc and give fans the pay off that they wanted at the end.
I'm interested to see where this goes next. I wonder if Danielson will actually take his first loss vs Hangman or if they will do another draw like w/ Omega.
Certainly Hangman can't lose for awhile, even vs someone like BD.

To AEW's credit. They recognized this first character wasn't getting over, and switched him almost immediately.Read Vince didn't like/get him. I think all of the guys that are excelling now of perfect examples where Vince doesn't know what to do with them, but if you just let them do their thing, they take off.
Black never had a chance because most of this stuff wouldn't fly in the WWE world, just wouldn't. They want it to be as dark as Undertaker, and Undertaker had maybe three taglines he rested on for years and years and years.

Yeah, AEW does a better job of realizing when stuff isn't working... For the most part anyway.
Certainly they are better at realizing that the gimmick or program is the issue and not just giving up on the talent because some dumb idea they forced on them didn't work.
Of course, Tony is also way more open to input than Vince and his yes men.

I wasn't expecting a ton based on the card, but Dynamite was pretty good.
If there were any questions as to whether Danielson was the right foil for the newly crowned Page, they put that to bed real quick.
Dante Martin and Lio Rush continue to put on fire matches. I enjoy their matches way more than the Bucks... Probably because they can get in and out in under a half hour.
Tons of great promos throughout the show. The one thing that bothered me was Jungle Boy gave perhaps his best promo ever, and it was immediately followed by Luchasaurus making a dumb roaring sound... Really took me out of the moment.
Punk and MJF... Enough said.
Continuing to tease both perhaps eventual dissention between Cole and the Elite as well as very thinly veiled references to the Undisputed Era.
The main event with Jay Lethal and Sammy Guevara was damn good. Didn't care for the Inner Circle coming out afterwards, really felt like Jericho trying to inject himself into the show for no reason... But the match was fire.

Did they turn Danielson heel? I know that Evil Uno was the hometown guy but Danielson seemed extra heelish.
