Former Pirates pitching coach from the glory years of the 90's, Ray Miller, at 76. Work fast, throw strikes, change speeds. A lot of pitchers could use that advice nowadays.

One of my former senior clients died today. Last June she was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor less than 2 months after giving birth to her daughter (her first child). I'm not 100% sure of her age, but she had to be around 25-26 at the most. Now her husband of 2 years is a widower and a 13 month old little girl has no mother. Seems so extremely unfair.

Tawny Kitaen was an actual crazy person, but she was also the red-headed incarnation of the 80s. Car hoods have never looked the same since.

Head on a swivel, Donna Rupert and Lillian Müller.............. and don't you even come after Bobbie Brown just yet, Father Time (you a**hole).

I woke up to a text this morning that my friend/colleague's husband passed away last night from a massive heart attack. Dude seemed like a great guy from the couple times I've met him and talking to her... He was older (early 50s), but this is the first time someone I'm close to and in my age group has lost a spouse. She has an 8 year old son at home who slept through everything last night and is completely unaware. If you are the praying type, could you please?

This one is really hitting me on multiple levels. RIP Jeff.

I had no idea he was 86. He seemed like one of those guys that was perpetually in his 60s.
