It's pretty amazing how much of a difference Hoka shoes make on 40 year old knees
Okay, now you have my attention.
Ha, it's literally been a game changer. We used Challenger, bondi, and speed goat (?). Bondis are super squishy, Challenger seems to be the favorite for road and light trail running.

2008 - 2009 pensblog was great. After the Cup win in 09, it didn't hit the same but that site made the Cup run even more fun.
