Source of the post No The Wire or Breaking Bad for me, either.
Same here. I do want to watch The Wire, because everyone I know says it was outstanding, so there's a good chance that I will eventually watch. Breaking Bad is a possibility, too. The Walking Dead, however? No interest, personally.

Am I the only person that's never watched a Game of Thrones episode, nor the avengers movies? I feel like I might be...
Same, unless you count Iron Man, I saw those.

No The Wire or Breaking Bad for me, either.
I'm also in this boat.

I've seen roughly one episode of GoT somewhere in the midst of the season 2 or 3 I think...didn't do a lot for me, though I respect that it's probably good, it's just not for me...

I don't actually know what the Avengers are, though I've heard of it...is that like the guy that holds that dartboard with a star in the middle and the red guy? Is that them? Superhero movies are not really a part of my life, as I just don't get how they're stopped...I feel like it's always some dumb **** and it kind of ruins it for me...like this dude has the strength of ten oxen, he can fly, he can see radio waves and he's just kicking ass for the first 100 minutes of the movie and then it's revealed that he can't cross the street after dark or something pathetic and I'm just like "why? Why the **** not...how did this never come up before?"

I guess I'm just not the intended audience...

Never seen a single second of The Wire, in passing I'm sure I have seen almost 40 combined minutes of various Breaking Bad episodes...

TV shows are a big time commitment, I just don't have a lot of that to spare...I'm more entertained by a hockey game anyhow...

Yeah, the one episode I saw that seemed pretty clear...also someone like opened their mouth and someone jammed a sword down their throat or some ****...I'm just not really into a lot of dungeons and dragons and fruity cocoa puffs stuff like that...

Nope, same here.

I did go through a period where I watched every major death clip from GoT, and I've seen one Thor movie and one Iron Man movie (they were on HBO or something while I was on vacay). Wonder Woman was a fantastic movie, right up to the point where the Super stuff started.

The violence in GoT is so silly I just can't regard the underlying narrative as anything but slapstick. And Supers are stupid.

I still think that the Avengers movies are all worth watching, even if you want to avoid the other Marvel movies.

mikey nailed it. Superhero movies are just a fantasy subgenre. Everyone is awesomenuntil the plot needs them to be vulnerable tomdecaf coffee or colored pencils or whatever.

Never seen any of the Avengers movies, nor any other recent Marvel movie. I've seen bits and clips of GoT on YouTube, but not any complete episodes (I'm a book reader anyway).

Starting in 2006, I went more than 10 years without seeing a movie in a theater. In the last couple years I've gone to see some movies at the Row House Cinema in Lawrenceville, usually during the annual Japanese Film Festival. Kurosawa for the win.

Nope.

I've seen a decent nunber of the Marvel movies because my mother-in-law for some reason buys them for my kids.

Nope. Not into fantasy realms or super heroes. So neither hold any interest for me.

Honestly, I kind of struggled at 30. Some of it was the number, some of it was some stuff I had going on...I'll never know which had a bigger influence...that said, I'm now living a pretty great life, so no complaints...hope it treats you well...
