Manolo just gave an important pace of play lesson.

I've never heard of this guy but really want him to give me lessons.

48 years old, Richard Bland finally wins his first European Tour event. Love this stuff.

Played 9 last night and felt a lot better. Made some really nice shots and made very few bad ones. Glengarry is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. I always believed it to be a more traditional links course. But the back 9 played with a lot of terrain features. Had a really good time.

That's awesome. I'm impressed at how wholly unremarkable his career has been to date while still making a fantastic living. Three 2nd place finishes and two 3rd place finishes, but overall only 31 Top 10 finishes in 477 tournaments until his win last weekend, 56% of cuts made in his career, and lost his tour status four times only to immediately regain it and never fall off the tour, all the tune of almost €6MM in career earnings. That's a lot of grinding on a week to week basis.

My buzzmeter is off for this week. Thanks to budget considerations, I'm not at Kiawah this week and truthfully, I'm not sad about it. Logistically, it's the worst course of any place I've ever worked.

Would love to see the wind up at Kiawah this weekend. I always forget just how unforgiving of a course it can be.

As far as a pick, I am going with Patrick Reed. It looks like it will at least be breezy, and I feel like short game is going to win this major.

Nice!! Enjoy man...that will be a great experience.

What is the parking situation like there? I assume you have to take a shuttle from off the island?

as soon as you get on the island there’s a little shopping center with a Hairy Teets. That’s the shuttle parking and then it seems like a 20-30 minute shuttle ride to the ocean course

Daly with a birdie out of the bunker on 1. I know it won't happen but him even being around for the weekend would be awesome.

I am playing Lindenwood and Scenic Valley in a couple of weeks. Anyone played there before and can give a quick rundown of the courses?
