HUGE hoops news, very literally.
Papa Kante, a Rivals Top 100, 6'10" center in the class of 2023, just committed to Pitt.
This apparently all just came out of nowhere within the last couple of hours. He was initially committed to Michigan, backed out of the commitment in April. Pitt was expected to be in his top five but wasn't initially given much of a chance to land him. From what I've been able to parse together from Twitter and PL, Capel and the Pitt coaches made up a ton of ground with him last week and this past weekend.
It goes without saying, but this is an absolutely massive recruiting win for Capel.

Supposedly he failed the English exam that all foreign students have to take. Michigan has higher standards than other schools.
Awesome for Pitt though!

This is good momentum. I like fede but I wouldn't hate to see him lose playing time
