This team isn’t very good. The D is elite IF everyone is healthy. One key injury and that falls apart. The offensive is blah because of the bad o-line and old QB.

The o-line is the worst aspect of the team.

I am legit stunned, year after year, they have like 1 CB, and if gets hurt, the entire secondary is reeling.

The way this team thinks that anyone can play corner, and they don't change for that is very Pitt-esque.

The lingering Watt injury will be a hoot, too. Just like big bro.

Not that he could help it, but man is it oh so convenient to get injured like that so fresh off a big contract.

In the same vein as Darnold, if the Dolphins end up shitting on Tua and getting Watson, I would hope the Steelers make a push for him.

His accuracy is great, and he's brittle behind a total sh*t Dolphins line, so I guess that would make sense. He took a clean hit yesterday and had his ribs bruised.

At this point, I'd take him over Ben, honestly.

We're at year 1-3 of Ben's career in terms of OL protection. We would need someone that can extend plays on their own.. Watson fits that mold if he's not in jail. I'm not sure Tua does. Honestly a Tyrod Taylor could come in to be a game manager and be fine imo

I feel that if you need a game manager to just win games, I'd rather just rebuild and try and find the next franchise guy.

There is absolutely nothing worth the effort with Tua. He's a college phenom capable of taking a roster full of future NFL ballers to dominate another roster full of future car insurance salsemen, but as a leader of a team full of grown-ass millionaires he's hapless.

Tua's one of the very few other starters in the League I would not prefer over Ben v0.17.

If Ben is toast the Steelers are a complete burnt breakfast.

Ben is a carburetor in a fuel-injected League.

We just going to ignore the same atrocious play calling that plagued us all last season, too?

How does someone nowhere near an NFL lockerroom even know that?

IMO that's why Ben is toast. This play-calling is horrendous, and requires someone to be mobile to survive. He's about two games away from missing 3-4 games due to getting smoked.
