But make sure it's from a place that uses tomato based sauce, none of that vinegar bullshit.

You, sir, have been added to my enemies list.

Vinegar sauce is delicious.

I don’t mind vinegar based BBQ but I’m disappointed that that’s the standard in NC. I prefer tomato based. I like a thicccc sauce

I eat read meat probably 4-5 times a week. I'm sure this comes to no surprise to yall but I'm a picky eater and I don't like poultry (so no chicken or turkey) and most fish. So if I'm eating meat it's either read meat or shrimp, generally
I'll be that guy and encourage you to watch Seaspiracy

Put me in the shipping companies can get bent club. Was expecting a package Monday, UPS says they gave it to USPS and was out for delivery. Checked the tracking a few times and a couple times it said it went from Ohio to Pittsburgh and back to Ohio. Most of the time when I check the last update is just Pittsburgh. Real sweet.

And just got an email saying it's out for delivery from the shipper. Weird.

I once ate an entire 48oz prime rib at The Prime Rib in Baltimore before driving down to DC to play a gig that night. Meat sweats are a real thing. I didn't eat red meat for 2 years after that night.

I don't know what the medical deal is with meat sweats...and I'm not gonna look it up, I just want to form a strong opinion on it...

Seems like your body is questioning its desire to live after eating something that it can't digest...1/7 of the population thinks cows are superheroes...that's all good enough for me...

(Also, I have Crohn's disease, and eating red meat makes me, well, die...)

I love red meat but when I really think about it I don't eat it all that much.

I generally only buy beef when it's on sale, such as the regular Giant Eagle BOGO deals on roasts. Beef is expensive, and it uses more food and energy to raise cattle than other protein sources. I'm much more likely to buy pork or chicken. I mean, I love a good steak, but it's something I rarely buy.

I did look it up at the time and it is "medically unsubstantiated."

Here’s an article saying they are real, but no medical professionals are noted in it!

on flights I usually like doing crossword puzzles. I usually fly American and I never really have any issues with the crossword. Today I flew United and my god, I’ve never been so irritated

The clues were ridiculous. For example one was “Force in Earth, for short” and the answer was “ONEG” (I guess o-negative). What the hell is that? Who has ever referred to o negative as a “force”?

Another clue was “Like 2021”. The answer was “ODD”. What?! 2021 has not been odd, particularly compared to 2020

god that pissed me off. So many random clues that had more random answers

NYT Crossword or bust.

One of the main reasons I subscribe to the Lancaster newspaper is that they carry the NYT Crossword, not the shtty knockoffs.

It has made me a much better solver. Monday/Tuesday/sometimes Wednesday I can finish fairly quickly. Thursday starts to get tricky, but I can still usually finish it. I probably finish about 75% of Friday crosswords, and half of Saturday. Sundays are actually a little easier (they are geared for Thursday difficulty), despite being bigger. They are so well-edited too, can't beat the themes.

That said, Saturdays are BRUTAL. Long, vague clues.

... are you positive you didn't get the other answers wrong, leading to those ones being weird?

Edit: it's not O-Negative. It's One G, aka gravity. You have One G exerted on you with no other external factors.

"One G" is an abjectly terrible crossword answer, regardless of the clue.
