At this point I want them to go with one of the pitchers. High upside college arms > high upside HS position players. Keep hearing about how they could sign a prep player for less, then go for another prep that may be hard to sign and throw money at him. Screw that, give me the best player at #1 overall.

I don't know how ESPN does their WAR calculations, but Fangraphs has him at 1.3 WAR, which is third in MLB among 2B. His defensive WAR is third last among all qualified 2B, so maybe ESPN weighs defensive metrics more heavily in their equation.

One of the beat writers had an interesting stat on Bryan Reynolds: he can only hit fastballs; his K rate on any other pitch is ridiculous. Weird.
