It's a brand for sale now, nothing to do with what they became (CBS etc). Like those products you see on TV for Bell and Howell products.

There is still the nuclear version of Westinghouse that CBS sold off.

It’s worth noting that Newegg has arguably the worst return policy on monitors, and many people have had problems with them. I bought mine from them since the price was worth the risk, but still, be informed.
