We have a pretty decent fire going and my kids are tossing trash in it which is annoying the wife.

Don't care, fire good.

Good times. They'll remember this.

My neighbor brought me a Thanksgiving plate. Much better than what I had planned, shrimp flavored Top Ramen.

Thankful for great neighbors.

Had a fire here too. Good times

What was not good times was my 10 month old crawling on my belly. Now I’m hoping to keep thanksgiving inside

I’m exhausted from cooking all day and then cleaning up, including the oven racks.

I had a piece of pumpkin pie with a heap of extra creamy cool whip at noon. Then a full helping of dinner x2.

Getting ready for some apple pie with ice cream to close out the night.

I can barely move.

I ate the least this Thanksgiving than I have in any other previous one. Just didn’t have the same appetite. Gonna head over to @blackjack68’s house tomorrow to pick up some pecan pie...

I went to my parents' to pick up food and chat briefly (I stood on the deck).

Kinda sucked but since my roommate's friend came into town last weekend I wanted to be cautious.

Rejected the family invite this year. I'm pretty sure I have gone to every Thanksgiving as an adult except maybe once...

This year, just went out to see my mom. She cooked for me, we chatted, I built some stuff for her in her new place and that's that...

It was kinda nice not having to pretend to be interested in people's lives that I see once or twice a year...great meal anyhow...so I'll chalk it up as a win.

I usually go home for Thanksgiving, so I don’t like this solo thing at all. I feel for my daughter more than anything because all she wants to do is play with her cousins.

Not tomorrow, but soon for the pecan pie. And you’d be welcome in a less Covid-y time.

Shot the temperature today which unfortunately for my golf score was 82 degrees and then ate dinner poolside at my friend's parents' place. Didn't gorge as much as I usually do and it's probably just as well. Glad I didn't have any time earmarked for football given how bad all four teams are, especially the ones who were designated the home team.
