Especially because it's out of context and "nameless gray faces" is a Tomlin-ism basically meaning the standard is the standard no matter who you are lining up against.

I should have known part of the quote was left out.

It seems to be this is going to be exhibit A for scapegoat if the Steelers lose.

Even if every member of the Steelers organization lines up on the Browns 50 yard line and takes a **** on their logo while Baker Mayfield sits in the corner like a cuck and watches, they still shouldn't lose to the Browns. I don't care how much motivation the Browns have, there's no excuse if the Steelers lose.

When Colt McCoy started for the NY football Gs a few weeks ago, he was still showing signs that he hadn't fully recovered from his partial decapitation by Harrison. That game remains one of the most irresponsible acts of coaching I can recall - McCoy got absolutely throttled, was quite clearly out of it, and was sent back in a few plays later.

I was at that game. I actually missed the decapitation because my eyes immediately followed the pass. Then I looked back and McCoy was dead on the field.

I didn't get to see a replay until later that night.

It was shocking to say the least when they trotted him backnout there. I recall him mentioning that he didn't remember going back into the game.

If the Steelers seriously start Feiler over Dotson tomorrow I’m rooting for the Browns. Someone on that coaching staff deserves to be fired if that’s the kind of decisions that get made.
