I don't really collect, because I plan on drinking every bottle I have. "Collection" to me necessarily implies not drinking the stuff. I probably should have said that I buy bottles of whiskey at a much faster rate than I consume them and therefore have amassed a substantial backlog.

Everything he had was open for consumption aside from one bottle that he won't open until a friend of his comes to visit.
It may have been because I had just come off the water, having been kayaking in the sun for several hours before that. And an empty stomach. Just glad I was with friends.
I have never been hit like this before. I don't drink often, but it does usually take a while for me to build up a buzz, even with bourbon. I poured three fingers of the Town Branch and was already sauced before I refreshed it.The train that hit me was called Town Branch.
Jesus.

I fell asleep in my clothes after telling my wife I would meet her in the hot tub.Keep your pants on, devil

I love this.

Woke up fine today. Bunch of water, Advil, and a breakfast sandwich and I was good to go. Went out and shot one of my best golf scores ever this morning, in my first full round of the year.

If it was the Town Branch bottle in the middle of the second shelf, you were aware that was a cask-strength bottle, yes? It's going to vary, but from the reviews out there it looks like the Town Branch True Cask version typically runs around 110 proof.
The Drunk Tank
Yes, aware. Both before and after.

When we sneeze, do we naturally make the sound "achoo," or are we just conditioned to?
I'm pretty sure at least 90% of my sneezes sound nothing like that, but every now and then, I sneeze and I think I conscientiously make that sound on purpose.
