This is also true. I would say it ends in North Hills and anything after that is just suburbs. I don't even think McCandless (where I live) is particularly close to the city.

You just made it much worse. Not only do you get to drive in your car to go anywhere, but it'll also take at least 20 minutes regardless of where you're going and it'll be all on 2 lane country ass roads, and the destination will be some depressing strip mall anchored by a Kohl's and a Staples. And then you'll complain about how dangerous the city is even though you haven't been downtown in 20 years but your mailing address says "Pittsburgh" for some reason so you're allowed.

Ehhhh depends what part of McCandless. I grew up at the very southern edge in a neighborhood split with North Hills. It takes maybe 10 minutes tops from my parents' house to get to downtown.

If that was to me you'll see that I wrote 'north of McCandless' so by definition your area, and all of McCandless, would be in the North Hills based on my arbitrary feelings.

Yup, McCandless Crossing is the boundary for me. Once you start heading north from there it's a different feeling.

When we lived in Oaks of McCandless (now 19 North Apts), we always viewed the Target/Giant Eagle as the transition, but after moving to Glenshaw it's definitely McCandless Crossing/Passavant. North Park is kind of it's own thing.

I honestly think the elitism of South Park/Upper Saint Clair/Mt. Lebanon is totally nonsensical. The traffic is worse, the topography is worse, the housing situation being so close together is worse, the taxes are most likely worse.

I see no benefit to that side of the city.

You're not going to find any disagreement from me about city limits, etc. I'd prefer to have McCandless on my address than Pittsburgh, but I'm not losing sleep over it.
