Windows are open and the floors are all tacky with humidity.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the mild temperatures but it’s kinda gross.
We don't talk about humidity % in this thread

Mild temperatures in October are only nice if it's not muggy and cloudy. Seriously, another fcking day of clouds, I'm about to go insane.

I assume you hunt private land if you're placing a blind?

You can scout a lot in just a few hours in the woods. Look for oak trees. Then hunt over them.

Once November comes just go sit somewhere.

There were some severe storms associated with this frontal passage.

Yesterday was probably the last legit full "summer" day until next April/May.

I was up at 6 with the baby and kept checking for tornado warnings. It was strong as hell rolling through here.

A crisp 40 degrees this morning. I put the Gold Bond away, thanked it for its service, and hope to not see it until spring 2022.

The current dew point is 43. Beautiful.

Rain is in the forecast everyday for the rest of October, with the exception of this Saturday.

So, thank you very much to you pricks that were complaining it was too nice in early October.

Extremely nasty line with a lot of rotation moving into western PA. Worst of it is Pittsburgh and South.
