Yeah it's ridiculous. I feel for these farmers (again) who will have Temps in the low 30s after a week of straight rain...

We’ve had lots of growers in South Jersey have crops ripped apart with hail this week. What a “roll-of-the-dice” way to make a living.

The peach farm up the road from us has hail cannons - huge mortars that fire rock salt or some such to break up hail. You can hear it for miles some days. They were firing them this morning for some reason, but not a cloud in sight.

It snowed here yesterday. It's supposed to hit 57 today and I'm delighted.

The good news is, the end is in sight. Should bounce back to the 70s by the end of the weekend and be solidly in the 70s by next week.

Don't worry, I am sure that once late June/early July comes around, the below normal temperatures (which we will be begging for at that point) will be nowhere to be found.

That's why I never complain about cool weather in Spring (which I personally like anyway). There's plenty of time for it to be swamp-ass hot and humid in July and August.

Put the heat lamp out on my meat chickens a couple nights where it was in the 40's.

Hope you enjoyed this last week of nice weather. The heat will not be denied for long.

Highs in the mid to upper 80s and humidity returns as we approach mid week through the weekend.

I can’t wait for spring to come back for a week again next year.

I know it always seems like it goes too quickly, but aside from a putrid stretch in early May, I thought we had a lot of nice days in the upper 50s to upper 60s this year.

Early Spring being broken up by a month and a half long Second Winter just puts a damper on the whole thing.

It's going to be mid-upper 90s here Sunday-Tuesday, including 99 on Tuesday. That heat can kindly go **** right off tbh. No need for that in May.

:thumb: My ideal would be a place where I can wear long pants and a light or medium jacket year round and never be too hot or cold.
