About 30 min away on the PA side. We are about the same distance from Boardman, Robinson and Cranberry.Did you used to be in Youngstown? I could swear you were over there at some point

Boardman has an awesome bottle shop as well, if you are into that kind of thing.

That’s a good one and Chalet Premier off the Turnpike is maybe not quite the selection but good enough, and has a great booze selection.Boardman has an awesome bottle shop as well, if you are into that kind of thing.

My nostalgic fast-food restaurant was the Red Barn, which hasn't existed since the 80s. My grandmother liked that place, so every time we'd go to my aunt's house in Youngstown, we'd have to stop at a Red Barn, which I believe was in Hubbard. It was an interesting restaurant in that it offered both burgers and fried chicken, and it was actually the first fast-food place to have self-service salad bars.

Treated myself to Wendy's for breakfast, thanks to a free sandwich coupon. Had their maple bacon croissant sandwich, and it was excellent. They have potato wedges in the meal, similar to old school KFC, and I wish they offered them all day long, because they were outstanding.

The Mexican restaurant at the end of my street used to be a Red Barn

Wendy's may have passed up CFA breakfast in my book... Biscuits are always good and those potatoes are amazing.Treated myself to Wendy's for breakfast, thanks to a free sandwich coupon. I would try Wendy's breakfast if the employees didn't **** despise you for having the audacity to go through their drivethru.

This is a gr8 observation and something that the marsupial and his bros talked about the other day. Wendy's food has always been above the line, but these days (even pre pandemic) a trip to Wendy's was like pulling teeth in terms of wait times and general experience. every single one is a giant pain in the assI would try Wendy's breakfast if the employees didn't **** despise you for having the audacity to go through their drivethru.

I have a soft spot for Subway (fight me), but only crazy people go there for tuna subs.

I'm following that case with mild interest and the methodology behind the claim is dubious at best. I don't think the people bringing the action expected Subway to do anything except write a check; Subway flatly denied the claim.

I remember seeing that story pop up on fox news this morning in front of me while I was running on the treadmill at the gym. I was confused as to why it was even a story haha.

truth. their quality has plummeted in the last 10 years. corporate doesn't keep their franchisees on a leash therefore most of them cut corners to save money and quality suffers. I'll take Jersey Mike's any day over Subway.Subway is barely food to begin with...

Jersey Mike's is pretty good, especially in comparison to Subway. Locally though it's Uncle Sam's for me.

So... canned tuna is pretty cheap, right? I'd imagine buying tuna in bulk can be even cheaper... what on earth would they be gaining by not putting tuna in there? What would they replace it with?
My guess is, if anything, subway is a victim here. They buy something stamped on the container "tuna" and they're getting cheated.
