Not sure where some of y'all dropped out.

DHB is back with the Steelers for one-year. Yay?

And has anyone seen this nonsense about a 9-point touchdown? What a joke.

Steelers compensatory picked was announced as a 7th and then moved to a 6th.

A touchdown should be worth 7-points. You get an extra point if you successfully convert, er, a conversion attempt. If you fail, the TD is worth 6 points. The PAT is stupid.

Tomlin has suggested that the 2-point conversion be moved to the 1-yard line. And while not a formal proposal, it has some of the owners talking.

I like that suggestion over any of the other ones. I hope it would actually lead to more conversion attempts.

So Blount gets 1 game and Bell gets 3?

Sounds about right...says Goodell.

Blount was only a passenger. Bell got hit with a DUI as well.

No one said they got nothing. I'm just talking about the original ruling for Ray Rice was only 2 games until a media firestorm pretty much forced them to change it.

Thanks to one of the greats!

I'm relieved he retired, but sad too. Cannot believe he's gone.

Thank god, It would have been sad to see him sucking up the joint in another jersey after such a great career. I'll never forget some of the crazy **** I saw him do.

I think he could still be productive as a Linebacker.

First ballot HoF?

I just watched on YouTube some of the great plays he made during his career, and just how special of a player he was. It's a shame he lost that ability. I hope the concussions don't adversly affect him because as special of a player as he was, he seems to be an even better person.

Just saw that Jim Wexell is now with the Uniontown (Pa.) Herald-Standard. That dude really makes his way around the scrub media outlets.
