Ah, I thought the discussion was over Perry's statement that I quoted above... carry on.This whole thing started because the New York Times said that Perry didn't know the DOE oversaw nuclear weapons, which was shown to be false by any objective measure.Did he say he didn't know what the DoE does in regards to nuclear weapons? The quote I'm seeing about him having a change of heart about shutting down the DoE was "After being briefed on so many of the vital functions of the Department of Energy, I regret recommending its elimination." Meaning he didn't know all the vital things the DoE did.
It almost seems like he says "I wasn't such a good student in high school" and you (freddy) are saying, "But he got an A in gym class!"

Yes. What you do is get a Ziplock freezer bag and put in a wagyu chateaubriand, along with some aromatics and herbs, and cover the everything with oil. Let that hang out in the fridge overnight. When ready, remove the steak from the bag and throw it directly into the trash. Then repeatedly slam your own head in the oven door until it all goes away.Inaugurate and impeach...is that a new food prep technique @tifosi77 is promoting?
