To this day, when I think ESPN, my mind immediately goes to Gary Thorne and Bill Clement.

I dunno, you have to have some levels of adhd to watch a Mr beast video. I think it’s all wrapped up there, and I would wager a healthy amount that he got those “valid points” from you tube or tick tock

Nah, it's TikTok. I sit with my 17 year old son for about 10 minutes in the morning while he eats breakfast. We have a strict no devices at meals policy, but not for breakfast. The inane **** that he watches on TikTok boggles the mind. He's sharp enough to laugh at most of it, but I'm sure there are a few things that have slipped through though.

Generally, when you engage in sporting activities you've accepted the risk of injury.

There must be video of this. From the description, it sounds like they were doing some drills for the lols, she ended up pushing him backward while blocking him, people laughed, he got mad and went full force at her on one of the subsequent drills, breaking her leg. There's no way this wasn't on video. It's an influencer and Tyreek Hill. Everything they do would be in front of a camera. Release the footage!

The details of the story are kind of hilarious, at face value.

When did plus model lady post videos of herself on crutches with no cast or other visible bracing on her........ broken leg?

What's kinda funny to me about that story is that according to the interwebz she's got 1-2 inches on him, and roughly 20lbs.

I go back to Dan Patrick and Keith Olbermann. They were hilarious, then Olbermann left and came out as somewhere to the left of Stalin. Not as funny.

Mayne, Craig Kilborn, Eisen, Scott, Charley Steiner.... good times.

That's why I said 'face value' about the story. I have absolutely no problem believing she was sorta getting the better of him, presuming he was half-assing* it. And that after a couple reps, her friends in attendance (which were like her mom and her 'trainer', apparently) started to snicker and/or heckle Hill. And he did not take kindly to this, and thus proceeded to change up the drill, so as to take something closer to a full-speed run, and in so doing absolutely trucked her. That whole scenario seems 100% believable to me.

This apparently happened sometime last June. That's why I was curious when she posted the cast-less videos of herself.

* She, otoh, appears very much full-ass.

I didn't watch those shows outside of channel flipping and seeing a PGH related story, but Olbermann and Patrick put on a show.

Better than NIck Charles and Fred Hickman on CNN.
