Well it was one of the most watched TV broadcasts ever. And Swift was shown on screen 12 times for about 54 seconds total. So, you know, when she finally says "vote Biden," people will listen now.

Speaking of Covid, didn't the CDC just basically say to not worry about it and go outside even if you have mild symptoms?

The CDC plans to recommend that people who test positive for the coronavirus use clinical symptoms to determine when to end isolation. Under the new approach, people would no longer need to stay home if they have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the aid of medication and their symptoms are mild and improving, according to three agency officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity to share internal discussions.

I didn't catch all of the story, but the rumor is that the guideline will be updated to basically follow the flu. No more 5-day waiting period, instead it'll be 24-hours post-fever breaking.
