Hmm. Skipping sweetener probably makes it fine then. Using both definitely pushes a margarita to being too sweet.
Agreed. I use one or the other.

Tonight I went back to a whiskey sour. It’s hard to beat. 9.5/10.

That is a ballin shirt. I wish I didn't have a mental block about paying over $100 for a shirt. I fully acknowledge it is nice and probably worth it.

Just buy it and tell yourself it's because of Bidens inflation

Sub $50 doesn't happen anymore unless you're going to JCPenney

I got two nice polos from Sam's Club the other day. $8 a piece. Can't beat it.

Most of my casual clothes (pants, shirts, shorts) I bought at KMart. I miss that place. I don't think I paid more that $15 for any single article of clothing.

My boss, who is a senior partner and makes way more money than I do, buys his casual clothes at Costco.

Had a very mediocre transfusion after my round today. Too heavy on the vodka

Barely drinkable to begin with. Now it's definitely gonna suck. Good for them though. Hope they got a nice chunk of Bobby's couch cushion money.

Bellefonte's own, Big Spring Spirits, is also opening a new distillery in the Pittsburgh area. Maybe they're getting out while the getting's good.

Check out Peerless Distilling while there. Good bourbon and rye and a great little shop.

My bro had a peerless glass at a bar we went to. I tried a sip, pretty nice. The tours at the distilleries were all booked up months ago I guess, so we're just going to the regular bars.

Kicked the "budget" bottle on my shelf, which was Ezra Brooks 90. Not terrible by any means, but at the same time it's not any better than, say, Even Williams BiB at roughly the same price, and certainly not better than Wild Turkey 101 or Old Grand-Dad BiB for not too much more money. Up next is a bottle of Rebel 100. Also open right now is George Remus and Smooth Ambler Old Scout.

I've now sampled a fair bit of the under-$30 world of bourbon, and I think my "basic" bourbon choice is going to bypass the under-$20 stuff and just be a rotation of Wild Turkey 101 and Old Grand-Dad BiB, with maybe Buffalo Trace thrown in if it ever becomes regularly available in PA again.
