Like someone else said, this isn't an end all/be all, but I think you can put some stock into it. I think it points out some general characteristics of individuals, and in the work environment, you can build teams to fit strengths and weaknesses. You don't want a team full of Alpha type people. You are never going to get anywhere.

My company puts stock into these types of surveys and I work for a pretty successful Fortune 200 company.

INTJ

I have taken Myers-Briggs exams a couple times. Always comes out the same.
Let's be besties.
haha. INTJ's don't need besties. Well, we will eventually but only after careful analysis of the person's character. We have few friends though they are lifelong and we will display extreme levels of loyalty.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INTJ

I'm a natural skeptic and have a pretty good BS detector, but this is one subject in which I"m a believer.

If juice and his wife are both infjs....

I wonder if they ever have any weird ESP type moments.

Because infjs are ultra intuitive. That's also wild because infj is the rarest type
i am entp

you may think you are an infj cause it's the rarest type, and that's cool and stuff... but an infj would never ever ever start a thread like this, or act the way you do, even online.

@Kraftster and @Juice being ENTPs makes a ton of sense given I like them way more than all of you, so maybe there is something to this stuff.

I got isfp but I think it's bs. Mostly because I have no idea how to answer the questions. ninety percent of them I could argue for either side - sometimes strongly

I honestly don't know if I'm oblivious to who I really am compared to who I think I want to be. Or just overthinking.

Like public speaking. Unnerves me incredibly but I also have experienced getting used to it and becoming extremely comfortable. But right now I'd be frazzled to do it. Or do I feel like it's more important to be right despite hurting someone's feelings or hurting the social dynamic - I've done both a lot. Or even something I voted strongest about - saying I feel extremely uncomfortable introducing myself. In certain situations I feel completely comfortable. So I have no idea

I mean because a random dude on the internet who doesn't know me in real life must know better than my best friend who lived with a guy who started his own company called personality wise

I don't think I'm disagreeing with you actually. Just because your friend lived with the guy, it doesn't mean he gained the knowledge or expertise of the guy that started his company or anything, either.

Socionics was developed in Soviet Russia in 1968 as a mind control experiment by the KGB. The theory was that if you could determine someone's personality type, it would be easier to control them. However, it was woefully underfunded and only had one test subject, Timothy Piotr Alexandrov. They gave Mr. Alexandrov a variety of mind-bending drugs including LSD in order to produce sixteen distinct personalities. The researchers then studied the different personalities.

Interestingly, some personalities seemed extroverted and some seemed introverted. But the words "extrovert" and "introvert" didn't exist until 1992, so they called certain personalities "Extratims" and certain "Introtims", based obviously on the subject's first name of Timothy. For example, Logical Intuitive Extratim is a Socionics typed developed from that naming system. The project was disbanded in 1982 and fully declassified after the fall of the Soviet Union. Socionics remains popular in Russia but is hesitantly approached because of its ties to the KGB. What made it worse is that Socionics was advertised as a way to defeat the Capitalist MBTI, and propaganda based on that still lingers and leaves a bad taste in people's mouths.
